Happy 1st Birthday, Makoa! We didnt go all out and have a luau... with the holidays and all, his birthday sorta snuck up on me... so we had a BBQ lunch yesterday and had just as much fun! Here are a few of the highlights...
Makoa couldnt quite figure out how to blow out his candle... so Sianni, his cousin helped him out. 
Watching Makoa eat his cake was one of the best parts! At first he wasnt too sure about what to do... and he was daintily (can I use that word with a boy?!?) picking off the mini chocolate chips from his soccer ball birthday cake. Then dad helped him figure out how to bite the cake... the rest is history (and memories!). Notice the lack of clothing... lol...
need to wash this down a little...

What a cute kid. I can't believe he's already a year old!

Happy Birthday Makoa, I can't believe that he is already 1 yr old, man how time flies. He is so big. Last time we saw him he was a few weeks old. Crazy how fast they grow up, isn't it? Good thing we both have another one in the oven. :) We are glad to see that you finally converted over to Blogspot. We hope to see you guys in a few short weeks!
Yeah for Makoa- He is so big now and such a cutie. I'm so happy you have a blog. I am addicted to them. Its good to see you and your family are doing so well. Have a happy new year!
