To invite or not invite - that is the question.
Though this isn't on the fore front of my mind nor do I lose any sleep over the subject... I just thought I'd share my reasons for making my blog a "public" blog.
It's not "listed" so no matter how many time you click "next blog" you will not find The States Ohana (at least not ours). The only way to find our blog is to directly type the url in, or off a link on someone elses blog or my email.
A bunch of my friends blog, and even more of my friends (and family) have emails, but to try to individually invite all the people I care about and all the people I've known and would like to keep in touch with... is pretty much unrealistic (aka impossible!).
That is why I have chosen to submit my pathetic ramblings and odd thoughts and theories to the "public" www.
So, weirdos - (I mean real weirdos, not just other moms and ladies who have blogged surfed into this strange realm which is the States Ohana) You creepy people who have strange intentions and interests in the every-day life of a homemaker with two kids... YOU are the reason the other half of my friends in the blogging world will remain at a secret location on the www... and I will never find them!

I totally know how you feel. I wish there was a way to find more friends with blogs so I could keep better in touch, but so many people are worried about those serious weirdos...that other than the personal invite route there is little hope of coming across them. Wish it wasnt the case. Well if you know of anyone else from our kauai/kapaa days...please let me know i will do the same. :P
By far one of your cutest postings...it made me chuckle.
