Teach Me All That I Must Do

Simply to Know it not enough. We must Do. Taking it one step further, we must Be.

There was an excellent talk given today in Sacrament Meeting. This is what he spoke about. It really made me think. So simple, yet powerful.

Simply to Know the truth and doctrines is not enough to "Live with Him someday". We must Do what we know. But more than just "going through the motions" and "doing", we must Become converted to the gospel of Jesus Christ!

We must serve not for the sake of the recognition of the world. It only matters that we serve because we truly love our brothers and sisters, and that God knows the intent of our heart.

I've heard it over and over, but you know how certain things make better sense to you at different points of your life? This is one of those things. Or maybe hearing it differently helped me think about it in a different light.
