Little boys and guns

I hate guns. Have I ever  mentioned that? I mean, I think they can be very useful in experienced hands. I am not “experienced hands” and therefore assume most everyone else are inexperienced and make me ridiculously nervous.  I’ve heard 10-too-many horror stories about accidents, not to mention when they are used as weapons against other people. Ugh. Don’t get me started. My blood is beginning to boil…

Anyway.

Paintball guns I can handle. And if you ever hear Makoa excitedly talking about how his dad has guns and lets him hold them… well, he’s talking about paintball guns - I promise!

Cam is on a paintball kick (again) and Makoa is now old enough to (somewhat) understand what’s going on. So he thinks he has to do whatever his dad does. It’s mostly cute. But, it freaks me out just a little bit.
