Random Funniness Around Here…

If your my “friend” on Facebook, you may have caught  a few of these. They are some of my status updates (“what are you thinking about right now?”) from the past few months. Some of it is stuff Makoa said or did that I wont remember if I don’t save them somewhere. The others are misc stuff that happened around the house. So I’m compiling them here…

Makoa (3 years old) got in trouble for calling me stupid. When he was told to apologize, he says," Sorry, mom, for calling you a nerd..." Me: "Uh! That's NOT what you called me!" "Sorry mom for calling you stupid and a nerd..."

Finally Trunk or Treating tonight! Makoa was all smiles when he woke up this morning. Cam, Makoa and Ka'imi are already in their costumes watching the First Season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. It's not even 10am. Did I mention I am boycotting the Star Wars theme this year? I am. Makoa even asked me if I am going to b...e a part of their "Jedi Family"... no way! I'm going to be an Autumn Faerie (surprise! lol)

So pretty much, I figure being a mom means being the bad guy.

Nothing like getting thrown up on by a precious, apparently sick, 2 year old. I thought it was just a little fever... I was wrong. So wrong.

Does anyone know where I can get "brother repellent" for ages 2 and 3? I can't seem to keep them off of each other! ;)

Makoa just told me that he went on a date with a girl. I asked him what they talked about, his response: "Pirates!"... I'm not even sure I want to think about that. (PS She didn't have a name, and he was driving). (… it was definitely PIRATES, he mentions fighting ships...)

Makoa had a fresh pear for the first time today, and loved it (he ate 2)... I was telling Cameron about it and he asked Makoa if he like the pears and Makoa said, all excited, "Yes! I didn't even know that they had pears in this world!"
