Hello, World!

Last night was rough. I  stayed up WAY TOO LATE trying to figure out how to customize my blog... (I Cannot figure out how to make ONE image cover the WHOLE background... it looked great on my desktop, but on my laptop the sides are black... GGGGRRRRR). Then, thankfully Makoa slept through Ezekiel's little fit. There is NO possible way he was really THAT hungry 30  minutes after he ate as much as he did! But of course, attempting to feed him AGAIN chilled him right out... I didn't realize I had signed on to be a HUMAN PACIFIER!  Quick Vent: Cameron has gotten of WAY too easily the last 3 weeks... but there really isn't much he can do. And, I'm sorry, the guy is a slug. I'd say a tortoise, but I've had THREE tortoises and they all moved faster then him- so yes, a SLUG. There is no getting him to move in any sort of timely manner once he's asleep. So even if I did need his help (even desperately!), by the time he gets around to it, I could have done it 10 times! So, I just do it myself instead of getting sooo mad at him for not moving, that I end up doing it anyway AND ending up thoroughly frustrated. Yes, he's been taking it way easy as far as newborn Ezekiel is concerned! Vent Completed.

However, he did take care of Makoa this morning (meaning he kept him out of the bedroom) until he had to leave for work and I got to sleep until 9:00AM! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! I wish I could say that I felt rested but to be honest, I could have slept a few more hours! Appreciated nonetheless.

So today is Friday! Graduation night. No siblings graduating this year... but next year Tyler's up!

My sister, Megan, got the haircut I want... so I think I'm going to the same guy she went to, hopefully this afternoon... but we'll see if I can even get out of the house! It's about time for an updated Family Picture! What better excuse to get my hair done!?

I really should take a nap... *yawn* just a little one... I *yawn* promise... ;)

Why do Cameron's brothers live with y'all? I'm sure you told me a couple years ago, but I don't remember.

Ailona is such a slug too. In the beginning though he was pretty amazing. He jumped every time I called out for him, especially in the night. Now though, I think he has learned to drown out my frantic cries as well as the babys, whether he's awake or asleep. It drives me crazy. We used to have a system. I liked the system. It worked. Oh well. I still don't know how you do it with so many to take care of. I'd die. Really.

You are a superwoman!

Oh and if you get that haircut, you better post pictures.

thank you so much for the stories you sent me! I had a much better day today. Sometimes when it rains, it pours and I just need support from others to get me through it. Thanks for being there. It means a lot to me.

Girl... you've got some MAJOR blessings in store. I have a feeling Jeff will be that way AFTER 3 weeks. We are still awaiting the arrival of our 2nd dude.... ANY DAY NOW.... but then again, they are so much easier to deal with in your tummy, right? Glad you got out on a walk, it's always refreshing to excercise, get fresh air outside the house, and talk to your spouse with minimized distractions. We've been trying that too and its a sigh of relief.

Ya, the whole newborn thing is frustrating. Not so much the newborn, but that while you get up multiple times in the night... they just lay there. well, jerry actually rolls over and puts a pillow over his head, which let me tell you, can get my blood boiling pretty fast! The thing is, if you don't get them helping inthe beginning...there's no chance. we'll have to discuss this on the phone or something.Jerry's gone this week to Brazil so I'll have to call you tonight or sometime soon. :)
